Endowed Professorships and Directorships

 

Endowed professorships are living memorials to the donor's belief in intellectual values and social responsibility as well as the chairholder's commitment to increasing knowledge and understanding. The donor, the person in whose honor the donor may choose to name the chair, each successive holder, and the university all share in the prestige that surrounds each endowment.
